Phase 2 — Acceleration Power
Develop stronger first steps, horizontal force, sled or hill sprint options, and more aggressive acceleration.
Phase 3 — Max Velocity & Game Speed
Improve flying sprints, top speed exposure, sprint-float-sprint ability, re-acceleration, and football-specific speed actions.
The weekly structure includes:
2 field speed sessions
2 gym sessions
1 conditioning session
2 recovery days
