Build acceleration, top speed, and game-speed actions with a structured 12-week offseason program for footballers.
Project 36KM/H is a complete speed and acceleration training program designed for players who want to improve their first steps, max velocity, sprint mechanics, re-acceleration, and football-specific speed.
This is not a random collection of drills. The program is built around a clear weekly structure combining field speed sessions, strength training, conditioning, and recovery so you can train with purpose and progress week by week.
The full program includes 12 weeks of training, divided into 3 progressive phases:
Phase 1 — Athletic Foundation
Build the base with acceleration mechanics, plyometric tolerance, lower-body strength, upper-body support, and controlled conditioning.
Phase 2 — Acceleration Power
Develop stronger first steps, horizontal force, sled or hill sprint options, and more aggressive acceleration.
Phase 3 — Max Velocity & Game Speed
Improve flying sprints, top speed exposure, sprint-float-sprint ability, re-acceleration, weave runs, and football-specific speed actions.
Each training week includes:
2 field speed sessions
2 gym sessions
1 conditioning session
2 recovery days
Inside the program, you will find structured training pages with weekly progressions, session goals, coach notes, sprint rest rules, RPE guidance, testing recommendations, and exercise/video demo support.
This program is ideal for footballers who want to use their offseason to become faster, stronger, sharper, and more explosive on the pitch.
Train smarter. Sprint faster. Build real game speed.
