No gym, no problem

I was wrong about the quarantine. I thought it wasn't going to last that long. Many gyms remain closed and many athletes like you are unable to access equipment, machines and weights to carry out their training.

Yeah, I know, it's kind of demotivating.... Here in Spain, the gyms are open but there are some rules that keep you a bit apart and make daily training difficult. 

Fortunately, there are other ways to deliver a quality workout without having to go to the gym and still get stronger, explosively potent and athletic.

This weekend, I went to the beach and sent a monster workout in HIIT format.

It's a full body session and it will help you keep in shape and develop your potential during this period, I hope you enjoy it.
