In today's video, I decided to do a leg workout for Karim Benzema, the current best player in the world and a striker for Real Madrid. The session was very light, I believe Benzema did this training when he was recovering from an injury. The session seems to have 2 divisions, the first part is exercises with the trampoline to mainly strengthen the knee and the second part is more about strength and muscle mass gain for the lower part.
