Complete Anaerobic Endurance Training for Soccer Players!

Speak, bolerada! This is an anaerobic endurance session to make you less tired during your soccer match. Remember that this is an advanced session and is only recommended for healthy athletes!

The session consists of a circuit with 3 exercises. Do each exercise at 100% intensity and rest as little as possible between each station. Rest 2-3 minutes and repeat the 3-exercise block 10x.

It is important that you do the movements as fast as you can, otherwise the training objective will be negatively affected.
